Ernest Yungsi is a journalist by training, a teacher by circumstances, a soccer player by choice and a writer for the love of the craft. A journalist was what he was when he graduated from the University of Buea, Cameroon with a Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication, but when he couldn’t find gainful employment in C.R.T.V., Ernest landed an opportunity to teach English in China which changed his life. Not only did he learn to speak Mandarin, eat frogs and use chopsticks in China, he started writing his first novel. Apart from teaching, Ernest has edited new stories for the Dalian Channel 5 English News, trained Chinese English teachers how to teach English with fun,as well as played soccer for Dalian Laowai, an amateur league team.
Ernest moved to the USA in 2014.
